Custom embroidered patches are the most common and widely used patches type to decorate shirts, caps, jackets, and several other clothing items. Usually, we use 100% polyester twill material as a background fabric. There are two types of patch borders: satin-stitch border and merrow border. There are several backing options available for custom embroidered patches. Iron on, Velcro, self-adhesive, and plastic backing are the most common ones. We always recommend our customers sew custom embroidered patches on their caps or jackets.
